2019 in review - A list

When I feel down or feel like I am not where I am supposed to be, or I am being pressured to be a certain way. I make a list of things I have achieved or improved on. So I wanted to share one of these lists, and I also figured I could make a post about each of these items on the list.

Here is my list of a review of my 2019, and how I remind myself that I am where I need to be in life:

- In January I went to Nice, France for my birthday
- In February I did an intensive driving course and in March I passed my practical driving test
- In April I went on holiday to Majorca
- In April I chopped off my hair and dyed it honey blonde
- In May I saw OP about working on self-esteem
- In June I bought a car
- In June I paid off my student overdraft
- In July I looked for a PhD supervisor and applied for the research degree, and in September I am officially a PhD student
- In October I will be getting the keys to my first apartment.

How has your 2019 been so far? How do you cheer yourself up when feeling down?

  1. It's healthy to remind yourself of all you've achieved. It's easy to forget or overlook these things. You should be proud of what you've done in 2019, and there are still three months to go! :)
